Ryobi ONE+ Wall-Mount Battery Holder
thingiverse
We're a proud owner of numerous Ryobi ONE+ tools and batteries, but we've been consistently disappointed by the lackluster options for storing our extra batteries. This is exactly why we created this design. It's specifically designed to hold all flavors of 18V ONE+ battery. This storage solution mounts on the wall using standard drywall screws, making it a great space-saver in any workshop or garage. What's more, it prints easily with PLA, ABS, and PETG, requiring almost no finishing work after printing. For optimal results, we recommend using support material in the area where the battery clips meet the holder (see photos). We used honeycomb infill at about 30-40% to make sure the part would be incredibly sturdy and feel solid and weighty, as these settings also help us minimize shrinkage cracking with our plastic and printer. However, the design should still hold up even with minimal infill (15-20%). The model shown was printed in red ASA (similar to ABS) and finished by hand with acetone and 400-through-1000 grit sandpaper. This is completely unnecessary for functionality; we just wanted it to look great.
