<p>A TS100 soldering station for use with Ryobi ONE+ 18V battery packs.</p><p>Required parts:</p><ul><li>Rocker on/off switch (I used part number KCD1-101)</li><li>Qty 2 Keystone 209 battery contacts</li><li>5.5x2.5mm DC male power plug to connect to TS100</li><li>Two core cable to connect to soldering iron</li><li>Soldering iron brass tip cleaner / uncoated brass kitchen scrubber</li><li>Small screw/bolt to connect iron holder to top</li><li>Washer to fit in iron holder</li><li>Glue/epoxy to glue the top and base together</li><li>Optional: Empty beverage can to be used as a liner for the tip cleaning hole</li></ul><p>Printing instructions:</p><p>Base:</p><ul><li>Print battery side down</li><li>Supports for the battery post and power switch hole</li></ul><p>Top:</p><ul><li>Print top side down</li><li>Support in the tip cleaner hole</li></ul><p>Holder</p><ul><li>No support needed</li><li>Print standing up</li></ul><p>Originally posted at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4303879</p>
