A TS100 soldering station for use with Ryobi ONE+ 18V battery packs. Required parts: * Rocker on/off switch (I used part number KCD1-101) * Qty 2 Keystone 209 battery contacts * 5.5x2.5mm DC male power plug to connect to TS100 * Two core cable to connect to soldering iron * Soldering iron brass tip cleaner / uncoated brass kitchen scrubber * Small screw/bolt to connect iron holder to top * Washer to fit in iron holder * Glue/epoxy to glue the top and base together * Optional: Empty beverage can to be used as a liner for the tip cleaning hole Printing instructions: Base: - Print battery side down - Supports for the battery post and power switch hole Top: - Print top side down - Support in the tip cleaner hole Holder - No support needed - Print standing up Update April 26th, 2020: Modified Top.stl to make a tighter fit between the base and top. No other changes were made.
