Ryobi Impact Driver Bit Holder
prusaprinters

This bit holder fits the Ryobi Model P234G Impact Driver. This will probably NOT fit other Ryobi models. The holder slips over the end of the driver and is held on by friction. Similarly, the bits simply slide into the holes provided (up to 7 bits) and are elastically gripped.

This holder must be printed in some kind of FLEX filament.

Note: After using this for a while, I found that it sometimes slipped off when the driver was in use. I secured it with four dabs of hot-melt glue - strong enough to hold it on, but easy enough to remove if necessary.

The OnShape 3D CAD file this is here:

https://cad.onshape.com/documents/bac6c927d41cfe2d3ac32b8f/w/57937d29a59c414206b2ca06/e/53c0a241ef4fc057067cface

Print instructions

Print front-side down with FLEX (or similar):

0% infill

.2mm layers

perimeters = 4

My print had a considerable amount of stringing and "blobs." I found the easiest way to remove most of this was by using a good set of tweezers to pull them off. I ran a drill bit through the bit holder holes to clean those out.
