Stiffening Bracket for Ryobi Garage Door Openers. We discovered that the included bracket was woefully inadequate, prone to shifting out of alignment at the slightest provocation. This corner brace screws securely into place through the existing holes in the factory bracket, providing a much-needed injection of rigidity. The four small screw holes are precision-threaded for an M5 x 0.8 pitch machine screw, ensuring a rock-solid attachment point. The lag screw and nail (or a wood screw) from the original installation can be reused to secure everything to the wall just as it was before.
