Ryobi Drill Press crank
thingiverse
This Ryobi bench drill press replacement crank handle requires assembly using a single #6-32, 1-inch machine screw and hex nut. Place the retainer in the handle's large end, adjusting as needed with a screwdriver to ensure the small end is positioned downward. Insert the hex nut into the handle, which should fall into the retainer's nut trap. If not, use a screwdriver to fish it out from below. Next, thread the bolt from the bottom through the crank wheel hole until the threads engage, then tighten. The retainer must be secure against the crank wheel while the handle rotates freely. Optionally, drill a 5/64-inch hole in the main shaft and tap a #6 machine screw (a 3/4-inch length should suffice) into the flat part of the shaft for added stability.
