
Ryobi compatible 1200lm work lamp

<p>This is a custom-made work lamp for Ryobi 18V batteries. It consists of four Nichia LEDs (5000K, CRI80, ~300lm per LED) which are dimmable in two groups with different beam angle lenses. The PCB has a buck led driver for each group. A potentiometer adjusts the current for flicker-free brightness control.</p> <p>The head of the lamp is connected to the body with a gooseneck for flexible orientation adjustment.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><h3>Printing</h3> <p>The lamp uses three different materials and thus needs at least three prints:</p> <ul> <li>Body: Prusament PETG Prusa Galaxy Black</li> <li>Head: Prusament PC Blend Jet Black</li> <li>Pushbutton: Flex Filament</li> </ul> <p>I used PC for the head as the heatsinks, which are in contact with the print, reach up to 90°C (at 20°C ambient temperature).
