Ryobi BS90108300 - Angle Adj. Knob Replacement

<p>This is a replacement for the table angle adjustment knob that adjusts the angle of the table on the Ryobi BS901 9" Band Saw. This part is no longer manufactured by Ryobi. It is not an exact replica, but it is fairly similar, and most importantly, it works. The original replacement part can't be found anymore. The Ryobi part number is BS90108300.</p> <h3>Post-Printing</h3> <p>I sanded off any sharp or rough edges. I installed it on my band saw after lubricating the teeth. It seems to work. Hopefully, it will last a while. The original manufacturer's design is a little weak, so I hope that my new part will not fail like the original that had 4 of 8 of the original sprocket teeth broken off. I am no engineer, but it is obvious that they under-designed the original part -- a larger sprocket wheel would have made the knob more durable. Oh well.</p> Category: Parts
