I've used the nice solid RYOBI battery wall holders designed by Otisinc to store my extra charged RYOBI batteries. I have more batteries than chargers. I've adapted the design to incorporate the terminals required to pull power out of the battery or charge it. So now I have a regulated 13.8V DC socket set up so I can use my 12V ICECO freezer in case of a long power outage.
