Ryobi battery to YardWise 8" Chainsaw

This is an adapter designed specifically for utilizing Ryobi one+ 18v batteries in a YardWise 8" battery-operated chainsaw. Since I was unable to locate new batteries compatible with the YardWise, I created this solution. The original battery's design shares similarities with that of a Ryobi battery, but its internal contacts are altered and repositioned, rendering it incompatible with a Ryobi battery even after modifications have been made internally. This adapter block can be securely attached to the original chainsaw housing via both gluing and screwing (I recommend gluing only one side of the housing).
