Remix of the Adapter from Born-of-Fire

I corrected a few things because they where a bit wonky (terminal Part was tilted, etc) and designed the parts to fit a generic Bosch Battery Case from Ali or eBay.

Parts you need

*1x Battery Case Bosch Professional 18v *7x threaded Inserts m3 *3x m3x10 countersunk bolt *4x m3x16 countersunk bolt *4x m3 nut *3x m3x16 pan bolt *1x m3x20 pan bolt *2x Batterycontacts "KEYSTONE 204"

How to assemble?

After you printed the Parts insert the threaded inserts into the Terminal Part (3 Inserts) and into the red Battery housing also modify the Battery housing as in the Picture added to this thing.

Solder the PCB with thick gauge wire to the Battery PCB (you’ll need to add the temperature probe or otherwise it won’t work) and press them into the Terminal (will be tricky and maybe hard, but it will fit)

For easy of assembly, glue the modified Battery housing into the assembled top Part (Use CA glue and screw the bolts in to make sure its correct aligned with the bolt holes)

Now you can attach the rim into the base with 4x m3x16 countersunk bolts and 4x m3 nuts

With 3x m3x10 countersunk you can attach the terminal to the base and with 3x m3x16 panhead and 1x m3x20 you can attach Battery case to the rest, make sure you use the m3x20 onto the correct bolt hole

Keystone 204

https://www.reichelt.de/batteriekontakt-fuer-1-microzelle-aaa-keystone-204-p213378.html

https://eu.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Keystone-Electronics/204?qs=lQmX4aIt5iBDvY1OQzCs8Q==

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Anycubic

Printer:

Semi-closed 4Max

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

Supports:

No

Resolution:

.2

Infill:

40

Filament: Generic PLA

Notes:

I used 4 perimeters to beef it up, needs a lot longer but in the end the part is, hopefully, strong enough to be handled with a tool

Category: Parts
