Ryobi Bandsaw Guard Height Knob (EBW4023L)

The adjustable height knob on my EBW4023L bandsaw snapped, so I swiftly created a replacement one. It may not look as polished as the original, but it functions perfectly, which is what truly matters. Feel free to modify it however you see fit – reshape, rework, rebuild or even microwave it (though that's strongly discouraged). The nut is designed for a press-fit, depending on how precise your printer is. I simply removed it from my bandsaw and placed it onto the part. With a gentle tap using a hammer, I persuaded it into place in the first notch, and then secured it further with a vice. It fits snugly, feels solid, and you're good to go!
