Ryobi Band Saw Table Insert
thingiverse
This object was designed specifically for my Ryobi Band Saw, with two main objectives in mind: to create a thicker insert that sits flush with the aluminium table and to narrow the hole through which the blade passes. The stock insert currently sits about 1mm below the surface of the table, resulting in cuts that are not always 90 degrees when working with small items due to their tendency to tilt as they drop into the recessed table insert area. Additionally, a narrower hole for the blade will help prevent smaller pieces from falling between the blade and insert. I hope this object proves useful for others. Please note that you use it at your own risk. Update: Version 6 has been released with a reoriented model for improved 3D printing results.
