Ryobi Band Saw Blade Guide
thingiverse
Replacement parts for the Ryobi BS902 Band Saw are out of stock. Unfortunately, a closer look at the third photo reveals that the casting for the blade guides is not very durable. It feels like some sort of pot-metal; maybe the BS in the part number stands for something other than Band Saw. I glued the parts back together but didn't trust them to withstand vibration, so instead I 3D printed a replacement. This is only a hobby-duty saw, so I think the plastic is probably sufficient for a replacement. If I used this daily for work, I would likely send it off to be printed in metal. I have a few extra if anyone wants to buy them pre-made. Post-Printing Instructions Use an M4 tap to thread screw holes.
