Ryobi Angle Grinder Handle
thingiverse
I'm adding another grip for my Ryobi Angle Grinder's 8mm screw. To secure it, I've used an M8 (8.125) X 30mm hex head with a lock nut to boost torque strength. The design is snug, so I employed a screwdriver and hammer to tap the screw into place through the handle, even going so far as using a soldering iron and heat gun simultaneously to drive it through. Since this piece was printed in ABS (which tends to shrink slightly), your results may differ; PLA should yield better results, but consider scaling up by about 0.05% if you opt for ABS. Enjoy printing!
