I wanted a beefy 40v Ryobi mount plate to use for small EV's like my MX500 Razor build. The ones I had printed previously fell apart when I went off road so I designed a beefy and acurate one of my own. It uses battery crimp terminals like this: (search for) female terminal 926965-1 I printed mine in TPU so they cannot be broken under any circumstances for bouncey off road conditions. I printed the battery terminal part in Carbon Fiber Nylon and the main body in Overture 95A TPU and it works wonderfully! If you print the one piece design you are better off turning off supports and printing it vertically. Otherwise the individual parts can be printed flat. Cheers.
