Ryobi 40 Volt Battery Connector
thingiverse
This is a connector for a Ryobi 40 volt battery. I needed this for an upcoming project where I parallel 3 batteries using ideal diode connectors. I got the connectors from AliExpress and crimp on to my wire (I do solder the back of the connector a bit to increase durability) . I thought the connector were too small but it's the same size used in my Ryobi lawnmower. The connectors do fit snugly in the case. Insert connector from the rear of the space and press them down so the plug back rests on the printed shoulder to prevent movement when the battery is being plugged in. (see picture with text explaining this). Once all is aligned and the battery clips in/out correctly, use epoxy or hot glue to secure everything. (see pic). I did print a cover (ryobiLID) that I was going to use screws, however I now think superglue is best. Print close to or at 100% depending on the G-force you expect. These batteries are heavy and you don't want them moving around. Printed in PETG.
