I remixed Sunookitsune's Ryobi DC power jack to instead provide two independent USB QuickCharge 3.0 ports. I printed them in ABS and PETG. They both worked fine. What you need to complete the work 4x 16mm M3 screws (same as before) 2x Keystone 209 battery contacts (or as before AAA battery contacts: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/534-204) 2x USB charger boards - 6-32VDC to QC3.0 USB - the single-channel ones in the picture that are also sold here https://www.aliexpress.com/af/usb-qc3.0-board-6%25252d32v.html wire, solder and soldering iron Look at the battery to determine polarity. Install the insert part on the battery, then choose which clip is positive. The boards are also marked. Wire the three positives together. Wire the three negatives together. Install the wires in the component side of the board and trim the other side close to the board. During physical assembly, it helps to plug a usb cable into one of the two boards so that you can keep the two apart while you install the insert. You need full supports on the "cover" because of the USB board supports inside. You need full supports on the "base" to support the battery snap clips. No support needed on the insert Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: I3 MK3S Rafts: No Supports: Yes Notes: ABS and PETG worked fine. It won't be a waste to autogenerate supports everywhere.
