Ryobi 1 Litre PET multi material extrusion adapter

<p>This was built to attempt at the world record for longest potato fry. &nbsp;It is a Ryobi silicon gun extruder adapted for a straight edged 1 litre PET bottle.</p><p>Whilst it was printing, &nbsp;its smaller 600ml brother &nbsp;smashed record with much thicker fry. &nbsp;</p><p>Screw on multi nozzles for all sorts of crazy extrusions. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>In addition to crazy length potato fries, try impossible length bread sticks, lattice work pie toppings….no end for creative madness.</p><p>This print maximises complete bed space of Prusa MK3S and have to disable skirt to allow to print two halves together…(no need if print one by one). &nbsp;</p><p>Whilst extruding potato to entertain kids was primary goal you can extrude anything through this..dough, clay, cement, play dough etc etc</p><p>This design is work progress and some improvements needed (mainly beefing up front end). &nbsp;Posting now for the Prusa comp. &nbsp;Other ideas Could make bottle holder 20mm longer if print on angle one by one to fully maximise full length of PET bottle. &nbsp;Plus a food saver as per previous designs.</p><p>Only two screws hold the black silicon tube holder to the the main mechanism and one screw holds the pusher to the end of rod. &nbsp;Remove these two screws, remove the outer sleeve, rotate left 30 deg (J slot) and pull the silicon tube holder out. (see photos). &nbsp; This print slots right in. &nbsp;Does not rotate but uses the J slot space to add strength to the 3D print.</p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://youtu.be/VxV2L7os7tk"></oembed></figure><p>&nbsp;</p><p>dang! posted wrong YT video!!! am I disqualified?</p><p>Updated design with beefed up front end to follow soon</p>
