Here are the parts and instructions to 3D print the face masks that I modeled and printed in April 2020. The "Ryan Shell" and "Steph Shell" are two mask types I designed based on the 3D scans of my face (Ryan) and my wife's face (Stephanie). Stephanie has more pronounced cheekbones and a wider jaw, while I have a narrower jaw line. I recommend printing at a layer height of 0.15mm. My masks were printed on a SeeMeCNC Artemis 300 with Atomic Filament. You'll find instructions as JPG images and a PDF. The parts should snap together easily, but you can use an acrylic glue (clear medium-bodied solvent cement) or weld the pieces together using a soldering iron for added security. Check the instructions for more details. For the rubber seal, I experimented with several options: 1. You can purchase this option from Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NL40XQI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 2. Alternatively, you can also use this option: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HQZRPQQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 3. If these options don't work for you, try using this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DCDCCRH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 For the head strap (since elastic bands were not available), I used a Velcro strap, which you can find here in a 2ft option: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DBBV1QT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The glue I prefer for 3D printed parts is this one: https://www.amazon.com/SCIGRIP-10319-Acrylic-Cement-Low-VOC/dp/B0046768VS/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=scigrip+glue&qid=1588531907&s=hi&sr=1-3 For the silicone rings and flaps for the valves, I used what was available at home at the time - old silicone baking sheets. You can find them here: https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Silicone-Baking-Mat-Sheet/dp/B0725GYNG6/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3QSQHSADX5WZM&dchild=1&keywords=amazon+basic+silicone+baking+mat&qid=1588532849&s=hi&sprefix=amazon+basic+silico%2Ctools%2C187&sr=1-1-catcorr The filter material used is the 3M MPR2200 Furnace Filters, available here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CSVRD69/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Join the #FaceCoveringChallenge
