This is a replacement bushing for 1986-1991 RX-7 sun visors where the original plastic bushing has broken off and gone missing. This is separated into two halves that snap together. You will need to file down the sides of the teeth slightly and either use CA glue or possible chemical welding. Be sure to add support material to keep the part from moving on the bed. 15% infill with supports everywhere.
