I just uploaded a repaired cylinder with a strengthened shell, ensuring a more stable and reliable fit. The fixed ammunition size ensures a tighter seal and no loose ends. Apologies for any issues caused by the previous model. It was known to print correctly on my printer, but I noticed it was slightly thin in some areas, prompting this update. A big thank you is owed to the original creators for their initial files. I built upon these, adding an ammo door and pin on the left side of the hammer, mimicking a real firearm's functionality. This enables easy removal and replacement of ammunition. To balance aesthetics and printability, I slimmed down the entire design while maintaining its length. The cylinder was shortened to match screen shots more closely. Everything was resized in sync to ensure seamless compatibility. The central rod has been made slightly smaller, about 2cm in width. I've taken all necessary precautions and am now printing it at a layer thickness of 0.1 with blue glow-in-the-dark material using a 0.3 tip nozzle. Printing the cylinder alone takes around 32 hours using this configuration, so it's highly recommended to opt for 0.2 layers instead.
