RVOLT - Rear Frame Brace - Eryone Thinker
thingiverse
Here is a rear-mounted frame brace designed specifically for the Thinker series 3D Printers by Eryone. This design is currently a work in progress. However, it will still provide a firm mounting solution using the top two holes on each foot, despite the frame screws blocking the mounting points on the feet. I plan to make some changes to this design within the next 24 hours, but even with its current form, it should work perfectly well. If you experience any issues downloading from the main download link, simply click on the "THING FILES" box located below the main display area. This rear-mounted frame brace is compatible with the following models: Thinker Thinker S Thinker SE To assemble this design, you will need the following components: x2 550mm 2020 Rails x16 3M Screws + TNuts x2 M5 screws (to secure the back of the foot to the frame) For optimal results, print these parts solid. Using PLA+ is recommended, but PLA should also work. The design has been revised to accommodate a rear mounting solution that is more suitable for custom hotends. Unfortunately, my RVOLT Triple Blower hotend was too wide to fit with the front mount, but it works perfectly with the stock hotend. Enjoy using this rear-mounted frame brace!
