Made specifically for Eryone Thinker+S+SE model printers. Designed to work seamlessly with the stock hotend setup. A revised version will be made available to accommodate custom hotends. 1) Frame Brace 2) Lead Screw Mod 3) Mounting solution (for lights, cameras etc) What you need: 550mm 2020 Extrusion Rail M5 screws + nuts (20mm) x 2 for connecting top and bottom mounts to end caps M5 screws (use stock screws for top mounting) M3 screws + t-nuts (14mm) x 8 for connecting end caps to the rail, bottom mount, and front of top mount (Buy an M3 + M5 assorted screw kit on Amazon) The frame caps have four screw holes each that require t-nuts to secure them in place. For added convenience, drill and tap the ends of the 2020 rail with an M5 tap and insert an M5 screw into the top cap. This three-in-one frame brace kit reduces vibrations in tall prints, preventing them from affecting print detail. The top bracket replaces the lead screw guide hole and provides a downward extension. This design allows for the use of 500mm lead screws, which are easier to locate as replacements. The stock 510mm lead screw is difficult to find without custom cutting or paying extra for local solutions. The kit utilizes a 550mm 2020 extrusion rail, offering benefits like a factory look and additional mounting space for lighting, cameras, and other accessories. You can position the side spool in the same place without interference or sit it higher or lower using the frame brace as a mounting solution. The frame brace centers the 2020 rail between the 2040 rails, providing even symmetry that complements the stock printer's look.
