RV Tip-Up Canopy Strut Latch

This is a device to help keep a Tip-Up canopy on an equipped Van's Aircraft to remain open with weaker struts or with a light gust of wind hitting the aircraft that may cause the canopy to close unexpectedly. You simply snap this onto the canopy support strut[s] lower rod. This was made for Van's C-690 canopy strut. Note that the glass point of many 3D printing plastics is low enough that on a hot day it may be overly soft and may not work so well. Something to think about/experiment with.
