In my submission for the Microtechnologies Throttle Pedal Design Challenge, I present a throttle pedal assembly entirely designed by me and adhering to all requirements. The main components are injection molded PA materials with a working temperature of up to 180°C and load capacity of 250 lbs. A system of connecting rods provides a 40° range for the Microtechnologies sensor located behind a protective plastic cover. Adjusting the sensor or pedal angle is easy by changing the rod length ratio, while a rubber stop prevents out-of-range usage. I hope you appreciate my design and thank you for your attention.
