RV Sliding Door Block Replacement

Replacement components for the sliding door on my Thor 27.2 RV.RV's are notoriously hard to maintain. Stuff breaks all the time, due to the high vibration of the environment combined with lightweight and downright cheap construction. In this case, the sliding door to the bedroom of my RV is made with a metal pin that is attached with wood screws to 1/8" thick particleboard. Inevitably the pin ripped out of the wall, starting at around 8000 miles. The first model here “Sliding Door Bottom Mount” is nothing more than a large block of plastic that I can screw the pin through and attach it to both the wall and the wood floor, for extra reinforcement. The sliding door itself has a track routed into more particleboard. So we've got a metal pin riding inside a particleboard track. Of course, that ripped out completely at around 15,000 miles, leaving me with a door slamming back and forth damaging itself further while I try to drive the beast down the freeway. To repair it, I used a chisel to remove the damaged section, and replaced it with the model “Sliding Door Block - Track”, which I printed out of PETG. The original particleboard was glued and stapled into place, which wasn't going to work, so instead I included holes that I match drilled on the side of the door and bolted it in place. I used the washer model to cover the metal bolts and protect what remains of the doors from further damage.
