Human: Frustrated with screws, I opted instead to create a simple dock that uses non-permanent double-sticky tape for mounting this cool RV leveling device. The design requires approximately 1.5 inches of clearance above the dock for effortless removal and reinstallation. For projects like this, I typically rely on 3M automotive tape or command strips for secure yet removable attachment. In my experience, 3M's adhesive proves to be the most reliable choice, although removing it cleanly from fragile surfaces such as wallpaper can sometimes be a challenge. Using a .5mm nozzle and a layer height of .3mm, I successfully printed the dock. To ensure structural integrity, supports were added to the retaining arms during the printing process. My print settings consisted of four parameters and five top and bottom layers. A slight file was applied to the keeper side of the arms to remove sagging and excess support material, resulting in a smooth, snug fit that's perfect for its intended purpose.
