RV Interior 12v Light Lens

I recently acquired a GulfStream RV that had incandescent lights which had melted the original light lenses. A total of eighteen replacements were needed. To address this issue, I designed an object using Tinkercad to match the specifications of the originals, except for one key difference: the originals featured a more rounded design. Since I was replacing the incandescent lights with LEDs, I opted for a square shape, which seemed like an ideal choice. As this is my first post, please let me know if I've done anything incorrectly. I'll make sure to correct it accordingly. Update: I have printed these fixtures multiple times now, and I can confidently say that thicker versions are far superior to thinner ones. However, I will keep both options available in case ABS material performs better with a thinner design. So far, Petg has been my go-to choice, and it seems like a simple yet effective solution. One crucial tip for anyone using these fixtures is to enable the "Make Overhangs Printable" feature in their slicer. This results in a much tighter fit and a more stable structure. For the top and bottom patterns, I recommend using concentric layers rather than the default zig-zag pattern. The former seems to diffuse light better in the thicker versions of these fixtures. It's also worth noting that one of the fixtures has a slightly longer length than the other, which allows for a snug fit. If the fixture doesn't fit properly, simply rotate it 90 degrees and try again. I plan to take pictures of the fixtures, lenses, and original lenses for comparison as soon as I have some free time – hopefully within the next week. Thank you!
