I designed this part specifically for a .3" diameter, 12 point splined shaft on a camper roof vent. The print settings used were optimized for the RigidBot printer, which produced excellent results. Here are the key print settings: * Rafts: Yes * Supports: Yes * Resolution: .1 * Infill: 90 I made a few notes to ensure the part turned out right: * Print rounded side down and splined hole side up. * I used 25% zigzag support with a 50% dense roof. The design required some careful consideration, as it needs to withstand significant torque without failing. To achieve this, I printed it almost solid, which only took about an hour at a speed of 55mm/sec.
