The design shown above is a machete (Not talking about Danny Trejo). It's a fantastic tool for slicing through leaves, branches, and bushes, but it's also a deadly weapon capable of inflicting massive hemorrhaging or severing limbs. The model is built with the assumption that it has been used extensively, you can see the wood is battered, and the blade is corroded. By acquiring this asset, you'll get complete access to the design. The model was created, keeping in mind that it should be a subdivision-ready asset, which means you can add an unlimited number of subdivisions without distorting the model, with a growing level of detail if you prefer a closer look at the design. Above, you can see multiple wireframe views, respectively without subdivision, with one subdivision, and two subdivisions. Without subdivision, the model has 1,601 faces. You can also remove some edge loops if you want your design spot on and as optimized as possible. The asset comes with textures in sizes 4096x4096, 2048x2048, 1024x1024, and 512x512 pixels. These are the various formats : .obj (with its .mtl file), .fbx, .stl, .3ds, and .abc. You also have a .blend file with the asset, so you can access the node settings, and the scene used to create the renders. The design was created in Blender 2.79 and rendered using Cycles, textured using Substance Painter, and some post-processing was done in the Blender Compositor.
