'Rustler' - Sawed off Revolving Shotgun

I've been toying with the notion of designing another outrageous firearm featuring a truly unhinged mechanism around the same time I began conceptualizing the 'Bludger' payload revolver. This creation is utterly impractical, yet it boasts an undeniable aesthetic appeal. The project consumed approximately 3 days of work after I had thoroughly tested the action and developed detailed sketches.
