You and your party decide to make camp for the night, handing the first watch over to the shifty rogue. As you lay out caltrops as an early warning system, a faint rustling noise echoes from down the tunnel. The rogue shrugs it off and starts rummaging through his companions' belongings. Another rustle catches his attention in the dimly lit cave, prompting him to investigate. However, he soon discovers that the caltrops have vanished into thin air. More rustling noises erupt this time within the camp itself, sending a yell of fear and anger from the warrior as he frantically tries to free himself from his bedding while a large creature contentedly gnaws on his sword. Shattered bits of rusted armor scatter across the tent as your companions charge in. Roll for initiative.
