It requires a SG90 micro servo for gun movement and an arduino for controls (check link for movement code, works on arduino Uno, Nano, Mega, etc). **Assembly:** No hardware is needed, just round toothpicks and hot glue. You'll probably need to grind the inner hole of the rotating shaft and add hot glue to join the servo with the shaft.
