Russtuff 3D Printed G0602 CNC Conversion

Update: Installed captive nuts for all mounts. The ballnut mount captive nuts will need to be slightly ground on the inside. Check out the model, you'll see what I mean. The 1/4-20 nut in the middle needs to be a thin type - there's just not enough material to use anything else. They're easy to find online. I converted Russtuff's G0602 conversion models to STL files and then edited them to create a 3D printed version. If you're looking at these files, take some time to visit his YouTube channel. He has many helpful videos on the G0602 and G0704 CNC conversions, as well as general CNC work. Russtuff's YouTube Channel - https://www.youtube.com/user/russtuff Russtuff Original Design - https://grabcad.com/russtuff-1/projects Models used with russtuff's permission. The original models converted to STL are included. These files have not been printed or tested yet. Conversion involves other hardware, including ball-screws and mounts. I'm unsure how well this could work, but I see no reason why it wouldn't if you had the other hardware. Without having the G0602 in front of me, I can't tell if it would be possible to use the motor mounts with the stock lead screws. Obviously, the 3D printed files are different from Russtuff's version. I combined components to make the 3D printed version simpler and more rigid in plastic.
