Standardized tank car of Russian railways since 1892 is a normal design. Old-type axlebox proves too thin to make a hole for the axle, so I used small plastic tubes glued at the back side of the axlebox as an axle holder. Tank details are now updated, featuring correct dimensions and geometry as of January 9, 2020.
