Rushton Propeller/Disc stirrer/Scheibenrührer
thingiverse
The model is a custom disc propeller, designed by me as part of a semester project. You can see below that no rafts are required for printing. Typically, the printer prints at 45°, and I took this into account when creating the part. For optimal results, I recommend an infill density of at least 25%. This is because if you plan to use the propeller in a bioreactor with cells and a magnet, there may be issues with cell density. Additionally, high density should not significantly increase printing time. If you have questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact me. Please note that this model is for non-commercial use only. I would appreciate it if you could share a picture of the propeller in use.
