Rush M.D. MRI and Card Trays / Ambulance

After I printed out the nice insert by bourne32 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4311125), it bothered me that there was a gap where the MRI and ambulance promos would be. I do not have those, so I decided to print out suitable replacements. I made an MRI scanner arch, and printed it in 2 colors (including green which is the color of the action spot). Then I was going to get more fancy and try to remix or design an ambulance, but instead decided to stick with the hospital beds also designed by bourne32, just removing the number and letter. So now I can just pretend they are cars and just use them to hold the patient cards. Printed a blue one for the outpatient clinic patients and a red one for the inpatients. For the red one, you can just place the doctor token next to it (or on top of it if you would like) and use it with the ambulance rules.
