MK7 Gear Uses a Versatile Extruder Assembly, Consisting of 2 x 625 Bearing Units and 1 x 624 Bearing Unit. M5 Bolt Measurements Indicate 50mm Lengths are Required for Secure Fitment, Alongside 4 x M4 Bolts at 10mm in Length. Furthermore, Additional Fixing Requirements Include 4 x M3 Bolts Measuring 20mm and 4 x M3 Bolts at 10mm, Specially Engineered for the Task. Key Components Such as 4 x M4 Nuts and 1 x M5 Nut Provide Critical Support to This Complex System. It is Not Recommended to Drilling Holes into the Spur Gear Due to its Integral Connection with Other System Components. Upon Proper Assembly, the M5 Bolts Will Rotate When Spurs are Attched to Them, Indicating a Working Mechanism That Transfers Motor Power Efficiently. This Results in A Secured Mk7 Extrusion Gear, Fastened onto the M5 Bolts and Secure Fitment Ensures the System's Smooth Functionality. In Addition, a Gear Ratio of 1:3 Enhances System Efficiency By Reducing Energy Loss Throughout Operation.
