This package offers an array of props, textures, and details for creating a rural setting. It includes 28 models such as stone walls, telegraph poles, a rowboat, gates, fences, trees, rocks, among others. There are also six detail textures and five ground textures, all with a resolution of 2048x2048 but scalable for optimization purposes. The file formats supported are .fbx and .tga. It was designed with Unity 5 in mind, but it's compatible with any game engine. The materials use a PBR gloss setup that can be converted to roughness by inverting colors in the gloss map (Ctrl-I in Photoshop). The gloss map is stored in the alpha channel of the metalness map.
