This asset is designed for game/flight simulator/real-time background usage and isn't suitable for subdivision. It was crafted with 3DS Max 2016, showcases high quality while maintaining low poly count. The model boasts quads or tris polygons without n-gons, meticulously unwrapped to optimize UV space and scaled according to real-world size (in meters). Centered at the origin, it's tested in Marmoset Toolbag 3 and requires no special plug-ins. Both .obj and .fbx formats are exported from 3DS Max 2016. The texture is a 128x128 diffuse in .tga format with stripped model texture paths.
