Runout sensor for Anet A8 Titan Aero Carriage

Runout sensor for Anet A8 Titan Aero Carriage

thingiverse

Designed this to have a carriage-mounted filament runout sensor. This sensor is reversible (ie. if you trigger a retraction, the filament will pass back through the sensor and pop out the other side) To mount on the frame, you'll need `slider.stl`, `base.stl` and `lid.stl`. to mount on the carriage, you'll need `bracket_with_lid.stl` instead of `lid.stl`. Print the bracket on its face, with the two cuboids on the lid part pointing upwards. Unfortunately, support is needed. Parts needed: * 1x 608 bearing * 1x endstop sensor (I used the Z-axis one from my anet A8) * Teflon tube (4mm OD) * 2x m3 x 12mm screws for attaching the sensor * 4x m3 x 16mm screws for screwing the case shut * 4x m3 screws for attaching the mount to the carriage * 10x m3 nuts * m3 washers? maybe? The end of the Teflon tube will need to be cut down to a 50° angle. A cutting jig is included in the files list. 2 scad files are included. They're messy as all heck, because I'm not very good at scad. Also available at https://github.com/whi-tw/anet_a8_runout_sensor - with dependencies etc.
