Good morning, sir. I make it a point to encourage my kids to join me in running for their own benefit. Of course, I also see the value in making exercise a leisure activity - like going out to see Christmas decorations, for instance. The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that creating a set of medals for each distance from 1km to 10km will be just what they need to stay motivated.
