Runic Flachion Sword - Steel and Bronze - PBR game ready weapon Free low-poly 3D model

Runic Flachion, a 3D model created shortly after I left high school. My objective was to produce a fully game-ready PBR 3D model of a curved sword that would exceed expectations in terms of detail and realism. A flachion blade seemed like the perfect choice for this project, allowing me to incorporate both realistic textures and fantasy elements such as glowing runes. I aimed for a low-poly count while maintaining a high level of usability in real games, making sure every aspect was optimized for smooth gameplay performance. This required precision in my modeling skills using Blender software. Texturing proved to be another significant challenge, but I successfully overcame it with the aid of Substance Painter, which enabled me to create textures that not only appeared authentic but also had a high level of detail and fantasy elements integrated into them. Details: Model statistics include 1050 triangles and 560 vertices, providing optimal performance within game engines. It's available in FBX, OBJ, and DAE formats, ensuring compatibility across various platforms. The model is proportionate to real-world measurements - 12cm wide, 4cm deep, and 90cm high. Topology has been thoroughly optimized for seamless operation within any game engine, ensuring lag-free experiences. UW mapping has also been fine-tuned to maximize storage space without sacrificing visual fidelity or consistency in texture density across the model. Textures are available in a range of resolutions: 4k, 2k, and 1k - both in PBR Metallic/Roughness as well as Specular/Glossiness formats. They've also been normalized for DirectX and OpenGL, allowing compatibility with any major rendering pipeline. Notably, I have also prepared these textures optimized specifically for use within Unreal Engine 4 and Unity 3D environments. Screenshots were captured using Unreal Engine 4 to demonstrate its functionality in different scenarios.
