Runcam Hybrid 4K Pan/Tilt
thingiverse
Here's the pan/tilt mount I designed for this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TARXprDY2DE You'll need to gather some essential hardware to assemble it. The Hybrid screws that come with it are a bit too long, so I used small plastic washers from other FPV cameras I had lying around on my workbench. The M3 screws that attach the main board and cover are countersunk ones from another camera project, but they're not crucial in terms of length - just make sure they're long enough to reach through the cover and board into the base. The base is attached to the pan servo wheel using small self-tapping screws, which I used as a template to drill pilot holes. The camera piece is secured to the base with two M3 screws that fit snugly into the camera's threads, allowing for smooth tilting without excessive friction. Since I printed this mount in PLA, it turned out rigid enough, but I believe it would work equally well in PETG if you add some bracing to the base. If you try this design, let me know how it turns out! The tilt linkage consists of M2 ball links from Banggood that I've used on a few other pan/tilts. You can use similar links if you have them, but be aware that anything larger might be too big for this design.
