I fabricated a custom mount for my Runcam 3 camera to fit on the Realacc X5R (or X4R) frame using Tinkercad's design software. The mount securely attaches to the top plate via the first row and second row M3 cap screws, although you may need slightly longer screws to ensure a snug fit.
