Runaway Replacement Headband
thingiverse
I got my Bluetooth headphones broken last week and didn't want to spend $40 on a new pair, so I came up with a plan to fix them myself instead of buying a replacement. Luckily, only the central headband was damaged, allowing me to create a new one. The headphones are from Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/MEE-audio-Bluetooth-Headphones-Microphone/dp/B0070UKBO8 To repair them, you'll need: 2 x 20mm M2 Bolts 2 x M2 Nuts The M2 nuts along the band itself will be used to attach a cushion once I design it. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Modified Folger Tech 2020 Prusa i3 Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% (you can get away with less) Notes: Print cooling fans will make post-print cleanup much easier, and the in-print supports are meant to be removed.
