This Runcam Split 2 Mount teams up with the Cherry Craft Supreme 5" Streched X Frame, enabling you to securely fasten the camera onto the default frame. I opted to print my own Runcam Split 2 camera mount because the original one was shockingly brittle and disintegrated after a rough landing. It makes perfect sense to design and 3D print a sturdy mount made from flexible material that will withstand hard landings without breaking. The brass threaded inserts I needed for the Runcam Split 2 mount came with the camera itself, but you'll need to remove them from the original mount in order to use them on your custom 3D printed mount. Unfortunately, my original mount broke at the first landing, so be prepared for this possibility. Alternatively, you can simply press the inserts into the pre-drilled bores of your 3D printed mount.
