Rummikub Tile Holder

Rummikub Tile Holder

These files are designed specifically for tile holders of the popular game Rummikub. The standard ones that come with the game have three rows, and I aimed to create more. For a long time, I thought, "I can definitely 3D print a better one," so I did it. As someone else pointed out, however, the tiles kept falling out easily from my first attempt. Fortunately, this new holder solves that issue. I built these holders using my Creality CR-10, making them larger than necessary but hoping they would still fit in the game box. They might be too big for smaller printers, and earlier versions won't fit inside the box due to their size. The primary width dimension of mine is 245mm, while the ones with slanted sides reach up to about 260mm. Here's a breakdown of the different versions: Version 2 has straight sides but no cut-out for stacking and protruding backrests, featuring only four rows. Version 3 boasts slanted sides without a cut-out for stacking and protruding backrests, now accommodating up to five rows. Version 4 features slanted sides with a cut-out for stacking, but it lacks backrests. Version 5 is similar to version 4 but has less space between rows. This design allows you to fit two or four holders inside the box.
