The extremely detailed design of a rugged Chinese smartphone on a scale of 1:1 was meticulously crafted in Solidworks software. High-quality visuals were achieved through rendering in Photoview 360, where all adjustments including camera settings, lighting effects, and scene layouts were conveniently stored within the Solidworks file. To enhance precision, glasses, bolts, the back case, antenna cover, and USB cover were designed as distinct parts. A comprehensive conversion was then executed by exporting the SolidWorks model into numerous file formats using both Netfabb and Rhino software tools.
